Rookwood Moon Boutique offers flat-rate shipping on all orders to keep things simple and fair. Each piece is lovingly packed and shipped within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. You'll receive a tracking number once your parcel is on its way. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout—once a package is out in the world, it’s in the hands of the postal spirits (and the USPS), and Rookwood Moon cannot be held responsible for misdeliveries due to incorrect addresses.

Due to the handmade, one-of-a-kind nature of many items in the shop, all sales are final. Please read item descriptions carefully before purchasing, and feel free to reach out with questions. Your understanding supports a small artisan business crafting with care and intention.

Rookwood Moon Boutique does not accept returns or exchanges. Every item is created or curated with purpose and intention—once it’s chosen, it’s yours.

Cancellations may be requested under the following conditions:

• Before a shipping label is purchased: You may request a cancellation, and a full refund (minus any payment processing fees) will be issued within 5 business days.

• After a label is purchased but before the item ships: A partial refund will be issued within 5 business days, with the cost of shipping and processing fees deducted.

• After the item has shipped: If you choose not to accept delivery, you may mark the unopened box “Return to Sender.” Once the package is safely returned and unopened, a partial refund will be issued, minus shipping and processing fees.

• Opened packages are non-refundable. Opening the box signifies acceptance of the item and completes the transaction. Returns are not accepted; open-box returns are considered forfeiture of both item and funds.
