Store Policies
Shipping Policy
We do our best to process and ship orders within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days of order placement.
Orders are processed during our routine business hours.
Once order processing is complete, orders are then parceled up with care, and shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL Express, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Be advised, orders will not be processed and/or shipped outside of our routine business hours.

Shipping and Handling Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout utilizing the carrier's shipping rates.
Handling costs are calculated utilizing our rates.
Please note that, upon checkout, you will see one fee assessed for shipping. Our handling fee is included in this amount.
Shipping Schedule
We utilize a weekly shipping schedule to ensure orders are processed and shipped timely.
Once an order is processed and prepared for shipment, the parcel is scheduled to be posted for the following Wednesday.
Please note that, in the event of a business closure or holiday, orders may be shipped before or after the scheduled day to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary, depending on the service selected at checkout.
Tracking Information
Tracking information may not be available for all shipping services.
Tracking Information Availability:
- May not be available for parcels shipped via USPS First Class.
- Available for parcels shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
- Available for parcels shipped via UPS.
- Available for parcels shipped via DHL Express.
Our primary shipping method is USPS Priority Mail, parcels are tracked and insured.
Errors and Corrections
We reserve the right to correct any pricing and/or shipping errors.
Customs and Import Fees
Arcana is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after parcels have been shipped (for example: taxes, tariffs, VAT).
Return to Sender
If a parcel is returned to sender, we will only resend upon verification that the parcel has been successfully returned to Arcana and all items are accounted for.
If the reason for return is not due to an error made by Arcana during order processing, an additional shipping fee will be assessed, depending on costs incurred. Clients will be invoiced once the order has been re-processed and is ready for re-shipment. Be advised, we will only re-ship once the invoice has been paid.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
Arcana is not responsible or liable for lost or stolen parcels.
Shipping Carriers and Federal Holidays
Our shipping carriers, USPS and UPS, are closed for business on Federal Holidays. As such, orders may be processed, but may not shipped until the carrier's resume of business.
Refund Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds for any reason.
Exchanges may be offered should there be issues pertaining to the product, for example: the product is defective.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and ensure that the matter is remedied.
Helpful hints on how to determine if a product is defective or damaged:
- A defect is defined as any characteristic of a product which hinders its ability to be used for the purpose for which it was designed.
- An item is considered damaged when it can no longer be used as a result of an incident that had occurred which diminished its value, usefulness, or normal function.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered in instances where the product is defective or damaged. For us to consider offering an exchange, please be sure to submit your inquiry for an exchange within seven (7) days of receipt (delivery of the order). Exchanges will not be offered if more than seven (7) days after receipt (delivery of the order) have passed.

If/when submitting an inquiry for exchange:
- Contact us via our Contact Form.
- Provide a detailed description of the issue, including an attestation of the product being in the same condition as it was received.
- Provide pictorial evidence of the product, product packaging, and the parcel.
- Provide evidence of purchase (order invoice).
Be advised, additional information or documentation may be requested, if deemed necessary, to conduct an adequate review of the matter.
If, upon conclusion of our review, an exchange is offered, the purchaser is to return the goods at their own expense.
Additionally, the purchaser is to provide us with the tracking information for the return upon shipping the parcel.
Upon receipt of the goods to be exchanged, we will then parcel up and ship the new goods to the address on file for the original order.
Requirements for consideration:
- The inquiry for an exchange must be submitted within seven (7) days of receipt (delivery of the order).
- The inquiry for an exchange must be submitted by the purchaser (the individual who made the purchase).
- The purchaser provides a detailed description of the issue, including an attestation of the product being in the same condition as it was received. (Note: The product must be in the same condition as it was received)
- The purchaser provides pictorial evidence of the product, product packaging, and the parcel.
- The purchaser provides evidence of purchase (order invoice).
- The purchaser provides additional information/documentation timely, if such is requested.
Be advised, we will not consider offering an exchange if the aforementioned requirements are not met.
Important Note: We do not offer exchanges for jewelry due to sanitary reasons.
Services
Services rendered, for example: procurement and divination services (such as tarot and oracle readings), are not eligible for return or refund for any reason.
Gift Cards
Gift cards expire if not used within five (5) years of issuance.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
Gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
We are not responsible or liable for lost or stolen gift cards.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Services
Should you wish to cancel your order, please do so within twenty-four (24) hours of order placement.
Requests to cancel must be submitted via e-mail.
Be advised, once an order is fulfilled, it cannot be canceled.
Services rendered (i.e., fulfilled), such as procurement and divination services (for example, tarot and oracle readings), are not eligible for return or refund for any reason.
Product Orders
Should you wish to cancel your order, or cancel specific item(s) in your order, please do so within twenty-four (24) hours of order placement.
Orders, in whole or in part, cannot be canceled after twenty-four (24) hours.
Requests to cancel must be submitted via e-mail.
When submitting your request, please be sure to include the following information:
- E-Mail address used at the time of order placement
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to cancel
- The reason for cancellation
- Any additional feedback (if applicable)
Be advised, if this information is not provided timely, we will be unable to process the order cancellation.
