You'll receive a tracking number once your parcel is on its way. Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Rookwood Moon Boutique does not accept returns or exchanges. Every item is created or curated with purpose and intention—once it’s chosen, it’s yours.

Cancellations may be requested under the following conditions:

Before a shipping label is purchased: You may request a cancellation, and a full refund (minus any payment processing fees) will be issued within 5 business days.
After a label is purchased but before the item ships: A partial refund will be issued within 5 business days, with the cost of shipping and processing fees deducted.
After the item has shipped: If you choose not to accept delivery, you may mark the unopened box “Return to Sender.” Once the package is safely returned and unopened, a partial refund will be issued, minus shipping and processing fees.
Opened packages are non-refundable. Opening the box signifies acceptance of the item and completes the transaction. Returns are not accepted; open-box returns are considered forfeiture of both item and funds.
