To be eligible for a refund you must send an email to waxnwanewonder@outlook.com providing 1. The subject ‘ATTN: REFUND REQUEST SPECIALIST’ in the subject line of the email to ensure our team routes this request to the correct department. 2. The body of the email must include: your order number; the date of your order; and the reason why you wish to request a refund. 3. Acknowledgement that refunds are approved per the discretion of the refund department and/or the owner. If approved, funds will be sent to your original method of payment.
There is no specified amount of time for how long it takes for refunded funds to process and become available, however you will receive correspondence when the process is initiated, approved, and finalized on our end.
To cancel an order, please send an email to waxwanewonder@outlook.com with the subject ATTN ORDERS: CANCEL REQUEST ORDER NUMBER, within 24 hours of the order being placed. If the amount of time is greater than 24 hours, please also fill out a 'contact us' form available on www.waxwanewonders.com as refund or return policy guidelines may apply.
We accept online returns within 5 days of purchase. Returned items may be eligible for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. Items must be received undamaged, in unused condition, and in their original packaging to be considered for a full refund. To make a return, place your order number and return details into our Contact Us form, or send an email to waxwanewonder@outlook.com with the subject ‘ATTN: RETURN REQUEST SPECIALIST’. You can find your order number in your original confirmation email.
After we receive your item, it is approximately 7-10 business days to process the return. Funds received will be sent to your original method of payment, and you will be sent an email with the details of the return. Return shipping fees are at the expense of the purchaser.
