2. Order Issues & Vendor Communication
If you have an issue with an order, such as delays, incorrect items, or damaged products:
- First, contact the vendor directly via their shop page.
- If the vendor does not respond within 5 business days, you may report the issue to us at orders@craftycovens.com.
3. Reporting a Vendor or Policy Violation
If a vendor fails to fulfill an order, violates marketplace policies, or engages in fraudulent behavior, email us at:

4. Technical Support & Website Issues
If you encounter website errors, login issues, or broken features, contact technical support at:

5. Refund & Dispute Assistance
Refunds are handled directly by vendors. If you are unable to resolve a refund issue:
- Review our Refund & Returns Policy for guidance.
- If a vendor is unresponsive beyond the allowed timeframe, contact us at disputes@craftycovens.com for assistance.
6. Vendor Support & Selling Assistance
For questions about setting up your shop, listing products, or vendor policies:
- Check the Vendor Handbook for detailed guides.
- Email vendor support at vendors@craftycovens.com for further help.
- Vendors can also contact support directly from their Vendor Dashboard by clicking on the notification bell. This allows them to send messages to the Crafty Covens admin team.
