- Vendor Accounts: Name, email, store information, transaction history.
- Customer Accounts: Name, email, order history.
- Facebook Login Data (if used): Basic profile information (name, email).
- Site Interactions: Messages, inquiries, support tickets.
3. How to Request Data Deletion
Users can request deletion of their data through the following methods:
A. Delete Your Own Account (Preferred Method)
- Vendors: If you wish to delete your vendor account, you can do so from the vendor dashboard. This will remove your profile, store, and associated data.
- Customers: You may delete your account from your user profile settings.
B. Contact Us for Data Removal
If you need to fully delete all associated data, including transaction records, you can email us at:

We will process your request within 5 business days.
C. Remove Facebook Data
If you signed up using Facebook Login, you can also remove our app access via:

4. What Happens When Data is Deleted?
- Personal information is permanently removed from our system.
- Transaction history may be retained for legal/tax purposes (but will be anonymized).
- Once an account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
5. Exceptions (When We Can’t Fully Delete Data)
Certain data may need to be retained under specific circumstances:
- Legal or Tax Obligations: We may need to keep transaction data for record-keeping.
- Fraud Prevention: If an account was flagged for fraud, we may retain records.
