Crafty Covens Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
1. Who Handles Shipping?
Crafty Covens is a marketplace connecting buyers and independent vendors. Each vendor is responsible for handling their own shipping, fulfillment, and delivery of physical products.
- Crafty Covens does not ship or fulfill any orders directly.
- Vendors set their own shipping rates, methods, and estimated delivery times.
- Buyers must check the vendor’s individual shipping policies before purchasing.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
Because vendors manage their own shipping, estimated delivery times will vary. Buyers should check the shipping details listed on the product page or the vendor’s shop policies.
- Some items, such as handmade or custom products, may take longer to process and ship.
- If an order is time-sensitive, buyers should contact the vendor before purchasing to confirm delivery timelines.
3. Tracking & Delivery Issues
- Vendors may provide tracking information, but it is not required.
- If tracking is provided, buyers should use it to monitor their order’s progress.
- If an order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, buyers should contact the vendor directly.
4. What If a Vendor Doesn’t Ship an Order?
If a vendor fails to fulfill an order or does not respond to a buyer’s inquiries:
- The buyer should first attempt to resolve the issue with the vendor.
- If the vendor is unresponsive for more than 5 business days, the buyer may report the issue to Crafty Covens.
- Vendors who fail to ship orders without valid reasons may face penalties, including account suspension or removal from the marketplace.
5. Shipping Disputes & Lost Packages
- If a package is lost or damaged, buyers must contact the vendor for resolution.
- Vendors should specify in their shop policies whether they offer replacements or refunds for lost or damaged shipments.
- If a vendor is unwilling to resolve a shipping dispute, buyers may escalate the issue with their payment provider (Stripe, PayPal, or credit card dispute process).
6. Vacation Mode & Shipping Delays
Vendors may enable vacation mode if they are temporarily unavailable. However:
- If vacation mode is active before an order is placed, buyers should be informed of delayed shipping times.
- If a vendor goes on vacation after an order is placed, they must notify the buyer and provide an updated shipping timeframe.
- If a vendor remains unresponsive for more than 30 days, Crafty Covens may step in and take appropriate action.
7. International Shipping
- Some vendors may offer international shipping, while others may only ship domestically.
- Buyers should check the vendor’s product listing or shop policies to confirm whether international shipping is available.
- Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
