Crafty Covens is an online marketplace for witchcraft, occult, and metaphysical supplies. We connect buyers with independent vendors who create and curate magical goods, from handmade candles and ritual tools to unique spell ingredients.
Click the My Account link or the Login button in the top menu. If you donโt have an account yet, youโll see an option to register. If youโre interested in selling, you can also sign up through the Vendor Membership link.
We accept credit/debit cards and Stripe payments. Additional payment methods may be added in the future.
No, guest checkout is available! However, creating an account allows you to track orders, leave reviews, and contact vendors easily.
If you checked out as a guest, you can track your order using the link in your confirmation email. If you have an account, you can check your Orders page under your profile.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact the vendor directly through the message system on the platform. If the issue isnโt resolved, you can file a dispute through Crafty Covens for assistance.
Since all products are sold by independent vendors, return policies vary. Please check the vendorโs store policies before purchasing. If you have an issue, message the vendor first. If you donโt get a response, contact Crafty Covens support.
Yes! Your cart can include items from multiple vendors, but they will be shipped separately by each seller.
This depends on the vendor. Some sellers ship worldwide, while others may only ship to certain locations. You can see shipping details on each product page.
You can send a message to a vendor through their store page by clicking the “Inquiry” button or the “Chat Now” button.
Not at the moment, but we may introduce them in the future!
Only logged-in users who have purchased the product can leave a review. If you checked out as a guest, you wonโt be able to leave a review unless you create an account before purchasing.
If a vendor does not ship your order within their stated processing time and does not respond to messages, you can request a refund through Crafty Covens support.
Yes! Payments are processed securely through Stripe, and we never store your card details.
Vendor FAQs
To sell on Crafty Covens, click the Vendor Membership link and complete the registration process. Your application will be reviewed, and once approved, you can start listing products.
Crafty Covens takes a commission on each sale, but there are no upfront listing fees. Specific commission rates are listed in the vendor dashboard.
Yes, product limits depend on your vendor membership tier:
Free Members โ Can list up to 5 products
Starter Members โ Can list up to 50 products
Advanced Members โ Can list up to 100 products
Pro Members โ Can list up to 200 products
If you need to upgrade your membership for a higher product limit, you can do so on the Vendor Membership page.
Crafty Covens is focused on handmade, small-batch, and curated metaphysical goods. Items must align with our marketplace theme. Mass-produced products are not allowed unless they are specially curated or repackaged by the vendor.
Product approval times may vary, but most are reviewed within 24-48 hours. If your product doesnโt meet marketplace guidelines, youโll receive feedback.
Payments are processed through Stripe, and earnings will be deposited into your connected account. Vendors are responsible for setting up and verifying their payout details.
Payouts follow Stripeโs standard processing times, which typically take 1-7 business days depending on your bank.
Yes. Vendors are responsible for setting their own tax policies and collecting/remitting sales tax where applicable.
Vendors are responsible for setting their own shipping policies and fulfilling orders. Shipping options and rates can be customized within your vendor dashboard.
Vendors can promote their shop independently through social media, personal websites, and external marketing. While Crafty Covens runs advertisements to grow the marketplace, there is no in-platform vendor advertising system at this time.
If an order is not shipped within the stated processing time, and the customer contacts support, Crafty Covens may issue a refund to the buyer. Frequent fulfillment issues may result in account suspension.
Vendors cannot issue refunds directly, but you can request a refund on behalf of the customer. If a customer contacts you requesting a refund, you can submit a refund request through your Orders page in your Store Manager. All refunds require final approval from the admin before being processed.
Yes. Vendors cannot sell illegal, copyrighted, or trademarked items. Mass-produced products are only allowed if they feature original designs created by the vendor (such as print-on-demand items like t-shirts, mugs, and stickers). If you’re unsure whether an item is allowed, please contact support.
